HOW TO TAKE OUT MEMBERSHIP OF DEVACHAN

Devachan is a non-profit association and therefore survives thanks to the subscriptions of its associate members.  The cost of annual membership, amounting to only  € 75,00 gives members the opportunity to take part in all the activities outlined in our programme (see the Lodi and Milan  calendars in the programme page), amounting to approx. 1.500 hours of courses, conferences, evening lectures and extraordinary events including the June Gregg Braden and  Bruce Lipton event!!
All those wishing to take part in the June 17 /18th event, must take out 2008 annual Association membership amounting to € 75,00 plus an extra € 2,00 (in Italy) or € 5,00 (abroad) to cover bank charges.
N.B. In the unlikely event that the Braden/Lipton event has to be postponed/cancelled for  serious impediments or situations beyond our control, the cost of the membership card will not be reimbursed.

• If you are unable to register at one of the Devachan centres (in Milano and Lodi) please make a wire transfer of  € 75,00 + € 5,00 to cover bank charges, to our bank:

• You should then send a copy of the receipt of payment/transfer confirmation together with your completed Membership request form via email to info@devachan-lodi.net or via fax to: 0039 0371 200527.  Telephone confirmations or bookings which are not accompanied by payment of the membership fee will not be accepted.  According to the date and time of arrival of payment, a progressive membership number will be assigned to each new member  which will be automatically associated to a seat number in the auditorium for the June Braden/Lipton event.
• The Membership request form in pdf format can be downloaded and printed from our website.  Fill in and sign before sending by mail or fax, together with your details of your membership fee payment.
• After 15/20 days,  you will receive confirmation of registration via email, together with your assigned membership number.  If you do not have an email address, contact us by post or by telephone to obtain details.  
• For those travelling from abroad or otherwise unable to collect their membership cards from Devachan centres, these will be consigned at the June Braden/Lipton event and will constitute entrance passes.  Those enrolling at one of our centres will receive membership cards immediately and will need these to gain access to any other lectures or seminars in our programme which they may wish to frequent. We may need to request membership cards as we have many members and it is, unfortunately, impossible for us to know everyone.
• As already mentioned on many occasions, anyone wishing to join the association or take part in our activities but unable to pay the annual membership fee for economic reasons, is invited to contact us or send us an email, explaining his or her personal situation, and we will arrange to provide a complimentary membership card, which will allow participation in all our courses and seminars exactly like other members, without entering into the merits of the reasons for these special requests, and treating them as matters of individual conscience.  The membership request form should nevertheless be completed.
• We must underline that making payment of membership fee and submitting request for membership does not automatically constitute enrolment.  Formalization of enrolment becomes automatic after 90 days from receipt of request for membership.  Should Devachan be unable to accept admission for any reason (for example, if no more seats are available for the Braden/Lipton event, or requests arrivs after final admission deadline date) amounts already paid will be refunded.
• Should you wish to make a demonstration of solidarity towards those who are “unable to meet the membership fee” or would like to sustain Devachan’s activities, contributions can be made using the same bank as above, but we would ask you to make a separate transfer, indicating “contribution for those who can’t” or “to support Devachan’s activities”.
